Right from the start, when we approached H&M Excavating with our invitation for the bid for the construction of our house, you responded promptly with very detailed and very professional quote. Your respond helped us to make rather easy decision – to let you manage the project.
And you did it. You went through all challenges extremely well. You helped us with many difficult decisions, you have resolved many unexpected for us problems, and the most importantly you delivered the high quality product on schedule, and on the budget.
We were very impressed with your professionalism, and with your approachable personality, which helped us immensely during the construction process.
It has to be told the logistics of the construction was very challenging for you, because we were dealing all the time on a far distance from Calgary where we were living all the time.
We often were not ready with our choices for many details of exterior and interior, yet you were able to coordinate all stages of the construction with no problems. Your project management skills, and interior decorating suggestions helped us to build house of our dreams!
